Just 10 years ago, Davidoff decided to go in a new direction – quite literally – for its Nicaragua line of cigars. The all-Nicaraguan, black-and-orange-banded smokes contain a mix of tobaccos from the country’s major tobacco regions including Estelí, Condega, Jalapa and the volcanic island of Ometepe. For this reason, these smokes have a fuller and spicier body. Notice some walnut, cocoa, and underlying fruit flavors in its profile. Measuring 5 ½ by 54 ring gauge, the Toro is a beefier cigar that will last you a good bit over an hour. Feel free to pair this one with whatever you have in your bar.
